About Inharmonic

Started by Jeff DeButte in 2006, Inharmonic has been working to build its reputation as a provider of exciting and effective websites for clients in the Ottawa and Toronto regions. Specializing in Content Management, Inharmonic believes in using an open-source approach to web development which provides cutting-edge and cost-effective sites for both non-profit and for-profit clients.

Jeff studied Computer Science at Carleton University while earning his Bachelor of Music degree and has been working in web design and web development since 1998 with stops at the Canada Revenue Agency, Amnesty International Canada, and as web manager at the federal office Canada's New Democratic Party during the last three federal elections.
