Jeff Debutte has been working with web technologies for eight years, including time as a Web Master with the New Democratic Party of Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency. He has also built upon his rich work experience by studying Computer Science and Internet Programming at Carleton University while having earned his Bachelor of Music degree.

Jeff is based in Ottawa and has worked with clients in both Ottawa and Toronto.
